Yea! Good for you. I am working on my first project using the Big Stitch. I am enjoying it, but it does take a little concentration to not attempt tiny stitches. LOL Your quilt looks wonderful.
I know exactly what you mean! But I will say that small stitches done with #12 perle cotton look beautiful after washing. Also, be careful of stitch fatigue . . . my hands tire very easily after a round of big stitch quilting so remember to take a break. Take care!

ReplyDeleteI am trying to get up the nerve to begin sashiko stitching on the water part of a banner. I think it may be the same thing by a different name.
